Where is the service at Domino’s

Last night i ordered from Domino’s since its pretty much the only pizza place that will deliver to my neighborhood. I spent a good time holding first off. I thought about hanging up and calling back, but i said naww. I work in health care and know that it takes time. Maybe 5 minutes later the guy gets back on the phone and  I asked for the medium Extravaganzza Feast with out the onions and olives as well as a medium thin crust pizza. They tell me the total is $26.68 which i say fine, since i dont cook. They tell me a half an hour and hang up.Â
A half hour later i had to call the guy back and ask where the hell was my order. I am laying in the bed at this point starving. Mind you it was like 10pm when I first placed my order. The guy goes ohhh well he left already it should be there in a few. What are  my choices, i say ok and hang up.Â
 At 10:45pm i get a phone call saying he is outside. I go to answer the door and he isnt even there. I call the guy back and tell him where are you? Your not infront of my house! Then he sounds all baffled and is like ohhh ummm wait one sec and hangs up.
Finally he gets here and i am so annoyed that i never sign my slip or give a tip! My only tip is next time get here on time!
I go to look at my order and of course they put the onions and olives on there! I would have understood if they said they was unable to alter the Extravaganzza feast ingredients. But no one said anything. Good thing i am not allergic to any of that or else! I just want the service that i paid for. Its not like i got a customized service or that the person went above and beyond service. Didn’t Domino’s use to have a half hour or its free?
